(Synnex), founded on September 26, 2011, focus on distributing Information Communication Technology (ICT) products. Synnex is a listed company in Taiwan Stock Exchange and one of the leading global player in ICT distribution business with good international reputation. While SMI is one of subsidiaries of PT. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk (IDX: MTDL).

As a distributor, SMI distributes the ICT products to agents, dealers or resellers in large quantity (wholesale) throughout seven distribution centers in Jakarta, Bandung, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan and Makassar, and supporting logistics and sales force office across major cities of Indonesia.
