Fujitsu System Global Solutions Management Sdn Bhd was established in Malaysia since 1998 and located at Menara TM, Kuala Lumpur. We have almost 560 employees serving more than 30 customers, delivering Application & Multi-Cloud Services (AMCS), Workforce & Workspace Services (W&WS), Service Integration (SI) to various industries such as financial services, retail, transport, manufacturing, telco, media, utilities, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals and public sector.
Our key offerings of W&WS and SI are Service Desk and Service Management. For Service Desk we offer services ranging from “catch and dispatch” to 1st and 2nd level infrastructure and application support subject to customer requirements. Serves as the first point of contact for end users across client estates. Provides first line diagnosis and high-resolution rate for incidents. Under Service Desk we also identify problems precisely followed by proactive management, analyses demand thoroughly for continuous improvement and provides end-to-end visibility and takes ownership of incident life cycle.
Under the Service Management scope of support, we manage calls, incident, service request, asset, change, problem, service level, release, access & request, information & security, identity & access, support of service knowledge, vendor & service partner management as well as service continuity and disaster recovery planning. All this scope is designed as per ITIL functions.
There are 20+ application service specialists with 210+ application developers supporting 12 countries from Asia Region for both presales and delivery as the Solution Hub support. Application And Multi-Cloud Services is to promote Fujitsu’s IP as a distributor that targeting on Japanese manufacturing companies. Our strength in the industry is we have more than 20 years of experience of manufacturing solutions, and we use Digital “Smart Factory" solution for delivery.
