(upbeat music) Economic pressures that we've all been seeing in the industry now over about the last 18 months. So, some of our customers are a little bit fearful as far as what's happening moving forward. Agility isa big piece, a time to market, so they get a lot of requests that we need to turn something very quick, and trying to figure out the right way to do that with their existing resources. The partnerships are imperative to us. We do a tremendous amount of work with both companies. Because of both companies together, we are able to be typically the leading FlexPod partner every year for innovation. It gives us the ability to have great talent from our engineering teams that know both NetApp and know Cisco products and jointly together are able to help customers design solutions and deploy, as well as manage those solutions for our customers when we can place data where it makes the most sense for productivity, for performance, for capacity, and ultimately for efficiencies. And NetApp and Cisco help with that with all the innovative products that go into FlexPod, and the continued improvements in the product. I still have a fair amount of customers that as much as we'd like to talk to them about, the next thing to move to, culture within their organization prevents it. And leaders are afraid of making mass changes, because they may have talent walk out the door. The people component sometimes I think is something we skip over and we should talk to a little bit more rather than just talking about the latest innovation and the latest technology that we can offer our customers.
