[Music] we are globally represented I think that's really important for larger businesses to ensure that you have a global footprint I would say even smaller businesses to consider if you do have Global customer base to ensure that you have Global representation of customer experience um we're about 25 to 30 stealth employees here we have a multitude of people that we work with across the business and really I think what's so important for us is a function is number one we represent the entire customer Journey right so it's ours to Define it's ours to determine it's ours to measure it's ours to represent for the business and it's not just one piece of the business it's really the entirety of everywhere that our customer is engaging with us so I think that's kind of one of the ways in which we are really successful internally is to be number one that centralized function that I talked about so you're not attached to a revenueum you're not attached to a Services goal you really do get to be the advocate on behalf of your customer and in our case partner experience I think the other piece of it as well is ensuring that you have the relationships and commitments all across the business as well right our success also comes from the influence we're able to make across the business our data and our narrative being incredibly respected and also being able to really tell a story around whythe business should be listening to the things that we're telling them to improve and really being a consultative service to the business right we're helping we're not hindering we're not giving them more action we're giving them tangible things that we can do to improve the customer experience and I think also really being an authority in how the customer experience is impacting us as a business in the market for the good or for the bad right so that's really kind of how we function and how we operate um as a unit
