foreign here from NetApp support recently in NetApp we made some big but helpful changes to the way we manage access to the various Services we provide this includes the support site the knowledge base tool and digital advisor so really today's video is just a quick FYI to point people in the right direction on how to get help if they're having login issueswhilst we try to make this change as seamless as possible we do understand that there might be some users out there that are having some login issues so here's some suggestions on how to get some help really the first place to go is to the sign in page so go to the support site for example and try to log in on the sign-in page you're going to see two links the first link is a login FAQ click that and spend some time reviewing the content if the FAQ doesn't help you or isn't able to resolve your issue then really your next move is to click the login help link that's on the same sign in page this will allow you to submit a non-technical case to our customer service team who will assist you with your login issues now for whatever reason if you're not able to submita non-technical case then you can leverage our community Forum or even jump on our NetApp Discord please feel free to share this with anyone out there that might find this helpful that's it for now we'll be back next time with some more support tips and I'll catch you nexttime
