Every track has its own challenges as far as tires are concerned. There isn't really a single track thattire performance isn't really our main focus for that weekend. >> On the pit wall, we're always optimizing the car, which is largely uh to do with the tires during a race situation. There's various parameters that we measure from the tire, whether it be temperature, pressure, shape, slip, and we form those into a model that's almost a living, breathing thing cuz the tires change from corner to corner. So, we're continually having to make real-time decisions on the performance of the tire. And we give [music] that feedback to the drivers as close to real time as we can. It's very important for us to get the data quickly to our fingertips on the pit wall process in the right way. That insight helps us make better informed decisions to help uh improve the performance of the car. The amount of data that we get, the speed at which we have to process that data is absolutely critical. The tire performance isreally the name of the game. is that's all about processing vast amounts of data and making the right decisions with the right information. Without the data, you can't make good decisions. Incredibly important to have NetApp finding performance on and off the track.
