This video will introduce NetApp Blue XP's digital advisor service for those who are unfamiliar with it. Previously, this was a standalone website called Active IQ Digital Advisor, but it has been integrated into Blue XP NetApp's unified console. To get to the digital advisor service, log into Blue XP. Once authenticated, click on health in the left navigation panel. Then select digital advisor. The first time you log into the digital advisor service through Blue XP, you may have to authenticate again. This is because Blue XP supports multiple types of authentications, but the digital advisor service must use your NetApp support site credentials.
