Hi, my name is Dawei. I'm a technical instructor with NetApp learning services. The major part of my day-to-day job is to run NetUP trainings. I've got a huge passion about cloud technology and teaching. Over the years, I've delivered hundreds of trainings for my students across different countries. As a technical instructor, my job is to make sure the students in my class can maximize their learning process not only to understand netup technology and to learn the expertise but also get to know how to apply into practice. So later customers are able to get the best cloud experience using netup solutions in data management and cloud services. For class preparation, I keep asking myself, what can I do better? How can I make the class more special? what kind of examples and use cases I should use so the audience can fully understand our technology.To me the best satisfaction is after a three-day or four day training when people leave the classroom they feel really confident about the knowledge they have learned in the past few days. It's really great to support people grow in their learning journey.
