hi nick rozeskis here from netapp support again and i've got another great time saving tip that will enable faster case resolution while reducing storage admin overhead reducing time to resolution as well as storage admin overhead allows customers to reduce storage service disruptions simplifying that support interaction processand allowing customers to focus on other key activities auto support on demand is a feature that allows on-demand remote data collection of log data configuration data performance data and save core data auto support on demand is enabled by defaultbut does require auto support to be enabled and it does require the https protocol to be used the support center can at any time requestdata from a system that has auto support on demand enabled so that may be again performance data log data and configuration data you can confirm if auto support on demand is enabled by logging onto active iq digital advisor and then head to the inventory wizard in the inventory wizard you'll see what protocol is used and whether auto support on demand is enabled if this has piqued your interest head over to the support site and check out auto support on demand and please validate if your systems are using auto support on demand i'll be back for another great time saving tip but in the meantime feel free to leave some feedback and i'll see you back on the next one thank you
