[Music] we do something which is called CX governance and maturity at NetApp we have a formal board that we've institutedum just to kind of give everybody a perspective that's two years new right and so it's something that as you really are going along further in your journey of CX how do you bring everybody together and we look at it in two parts one is how do you funnel all of the actions and insights bring people together get them on board with actioning and not do a million things right so how do you focus on the things that are the most impactful to the business and everybody can kind of wrap their arms around and go do together and then the other piece of it is how do you rate each area of the business and their maturity around customer experience and we've put guard rails in to say you're going to be at a level x if you have these functions in place and you're operating in this way right and so we've given the company a goal around maturity to ensure that the business is really kind of doing the right thing at the right time andreally considering the customer before they're making big business decisions
