General Information
INSIGHT 2026 is September 28-October 1, at the MGM Grand Conference Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. We encourage you to arrive on Sunday, September 27 to pick up your badge, enjoy Vegas, and be ready to kick things off on Monday, September 28. Plan to depart Las Vegas on the afternoon of Thursday, October 1 or at your convenience.
Registration for INSIGHT 2026 will open in May 12.

Yes, we have group pass offerings available for our attendees. To purchase additional passes, click the "see our group order promotions" button when registering.
Attendees may purchase a pass with a credit card or by using training units. Attendees will need 30 Training Units to redeem per conference pass. An option to use Training Units will be available during the registration process. Please make sure to have your NetApp purchase order or sales order ready when you register.
Customers and partners may purchase passes, bulk passes, and bundles on a credit card or wire transfer.
Hotels and travel
If you need to apply for a travel visa, here is a letter you can use with information about the event. Simply fill out all the items highlighted in yellow, then contact your local embassy.

All hotel nights are the responsibility of the attendee. The NetApp INSIGHT 2026 conference pass will not cover hotel nights for customers, partners, or employees.
Hotel stays may be booked through the NetApp INSIGHT 2026 registration system. Attendees will be prompted to book a hotel upon completion of their registration. If attendees book the hotel outside of registration, NetApp cannot guarantee the negotiated rate. Please stay tuned for conference rates.

Yes. The NetApp INSIGHT 2026 mobile app will be an integral part of the event with program guides, schedule builders, and event updates, and will even tell you when it's time for lunch. We encourage every attendee to download the app before arriving at the event to give you a head start on organizing the week. App launch details are coming soon.
