BlueXP is now NetApp Console
Monitor and run hybrid cloud data services
This video will cover the inventory feature in NetApp Blue XP's digital advisor service. The purpose of the inventory widget is to give you an overview of NetApp hardware and software platforms that you own and then allow you to get more detailed information. It is broken down by platform type, number of systems, number of clusters, and number of sites. Clicking on one of the platforms gives you more information about just that platform. Clicking on the systems on the main widget will take you to a more detailed tabular page. Clicking on systems on one platform will take you to the same page but already filtered to show only that platform. There's a lot of great information on each node in this listing, including hardware, software, location, support contract, the date the platform was shipped from NetApp, the end of service life date for both the hardware and the software, the last autoport date, and much more. To get to either the node or cluster level with more great Active IQ information such as performance, capacity, or storage efficiency, click on the host name or cluster name of the nodes or clusters.
Learn how to retrieve the details on what you own, including many other details such as support contract levels and expiration in NetApp Blue XP digital advisor.
