NetApp community engagement and employee volunteering programs
Caring for our communities is among NetApp’s core values. We empower employees to support the causes close to their hearts through volunteer time off, volunteer grants, matching gifts, and companywide volunteering and giving events.
Our employee community engagement programs
No matter when or where employees choose to give back, NetApp helps further their impact through an array of employee programs, empowering NetAppers to volunteer and give their way.
Volunteer grants
When our colleagues volunteer, whether it’s individually or as a team, they earn funds for nonprofits. They can also take up to 40 hours of Volunteer Time Off each year.
Matching gifts
NetApp supports our colleagues' charitable giving through our Matching Gifts program, which doubles employee donations to eligible nonprofits.
Companywide events
NetApp hosts two global employee community engagement activations each year. Each December, our Global Giving Challenge empowers employee giving, and each June, we honor our volunteers and promote volunteering through coordinated events.
