As Chief Innovation Officer, Global Healthcare & Life Sciences at NetApp, Kim works with private and public health sector clients to leverage NetApp technologies to drive innovative data management strategies. Prior to joining NetApp, Kim served as Data Portfolio Lead for Health & Human Services (HHS), Immediate Office of the Secretary. In this role, Kim led the development of a first of its kind data platform & governance model enabling data sharing across the 29 agencies & offices of HHS.\n\n
Sasha Paegle joined AWS in 2020 as part of the Worldwide Storage Specialist Organization and focused on the adoption of AWS storage technologies for imaging and genomics workloads. Sasha has 25 years of experience working in the Healthcare and Life Science (HCLS) informatics. Prior to AWS, Sasha was responsible the HCLS data storage business at Dell Technologies. There he managed HCLS partner and customer collaborations to develop imaging and genomics solutions and led workflow validations. Before Dell Technologies, Sasha spent 15 years in the HCLS industry as a product manager of research and clinical software applications at Microsoft Health Solutions Group (HSG), Rosetta Biosoftware – a subsidiary of Merck & Co, and DoubleTwist. Sasha was awarded three patents and holds a BA in Molecular Biology from the University of California Santa Barbara, an MSc. in Biochemical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, and an MBA from the University Of Washington.
