Her role in the Technical Team Enablement Office at NetApp spans the globe and drives collaboration, innovation and excellence across the technical presales team. As a change-agent with an empathetic lens, Phoebe provides a fresh perspective to an industry that is moving faster than ever before.

Lia is a self-described \"nerdy-girl\" and \"Trekkie\" who lives in Boulder, CO. \nShe began her career in IT in the late 1980's as a software programmer at research labs, then moved onto Unix/Windows/Mac HelpDesk admin,\nUnix admin and then Storage Engineer at various manufacturing and financial companies in the Denver Metro area.\nShe has supported both SAN and NAS on NetApp ONTAP 7-mode and Cluster-mode storage systems as well as storage solutions from other vendors.

I currently work as the Director of Product Management for the disaggregated ONTAP platform. I have been at NetApp for 19 years where I have lead the team for field technical enablement and 11 years in the field as a Solutions Architect covering Cloud and Virtualization solutions.
