The latest release of NetApp® ONTAP® tools for VMware extends support to the new NetApp ASA A-series. ONTAP tools for VMware empowers VMware admins to manage, provision, and protect their virtual machines directly from within VMware vCenter environments, simplifying their jobs and helping to manage storage more efficiently. This update also includes NetApp SnapMirror® integration with VMware Live Site Recovery; VMware vSphere Virtual Volumes (vVols) support for ASA, enabling management at scale; and a new configuration wizard for VMware Metro Storage Cluster deployments with SnapMirror active sync.
