Select a Microsoft SQL Server running on a Google Compute Engine instance with Hyperdisk to establish a like-for-like baseline. This allows you to directly compare infrastructure and storage costs against an equivalent deployment using Microsoft SQL Server on Google Cloud NetApp Volumes.
Same as workbook Inputs cell B12: provisioned GiB per volume for sizing. Hyperdisk capacity cost uses B12 × number of volumes (GCNV capacity still uses B12 once). Also used for cohort tier checks and SKU guidance.
Options are the GCNV reference SKUs from the cohort sheet. Hyperdisk compute cost uses the paired HD SKU and Enterprise (Instance + Windows + SQL) totals from the same row.
