By partnering with VMware and the major public clouds, NetApp offers numerous choices to meet your unique data management and infrastructure demands. But how does this translate to supporting your data-intensive workloads? How can you achieve the right balance of performance and value?

We’re hosting three webinars to help you navigate your options. Think of it as a deep dive into exactly why we say, “Two’s company, three’s a cloud.”

A high-energy return

The recent VMware Explore event in San Francisco was a high-energy return to in-person events. It served as a reminder that every enterprise has its own directives, its own infrastructure legacy, and its own path to digital transformation. The uniqueness of each situation calls for multiple cloud choices—now, and as your journey progresses.

A high point of Explore was the announcement that it’s now possible to decouple storage from compute in virtualized workloads. This means your cloud consumption can accommodate enterprise workloads in a way that’s easier as well as up to 50% more cost effective.

Decoupling is a game changer

Now, NetApp is the only cloud storage service provider to be certified and supported for use as an external supplemental datastore for VMware Cloud environments running in the largest public clouds.

“Organizations across all industries rely on the combination of VMware and NetApp as the platform of choice for delivering business-critical workloads. NetApp is now able to deliver the same levels of enterprise-class data management that our mutual customers have enjoyed for decades on premises to workloads running in any of the major public clouds,” said Narayan Bharadwaj, vice president of Cloud Solutions at VMware.

Just like VMware, NetApp already has a large foundation on premises. NetApp® ONTAP® data management software supports virtualized data center workloads across our 20,000 joint customers. To facilitate the wave of cloud adoption, NetApp has also worked with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud to develop first-party managed services at all three clouds.

Your choice of cloud; your choice of webinar
