Introducing NetApp INSIGHT+
For the first time, NetApp is bringing the excitement of INSIGHT Central directly to you via YouTube (you can also catch the keynote on Twitch!). With NetApp’s new streaming program INSIGHT+, you can watch real-time interviews with customers, partners, NetApp executives, and subject matter experts.
NetApp’s Nick Howell, Global Field CTO for the Cloud Data Services team, will be hosting INSIGHT+ with support from members of the NetApp A-Team. With all livestreaming experience (he has his own weekly show on Twitch as DataCenterDude), Nick is sure to bring his A-game. I highly recommend that you tune in.
INSIGHT+ Lineup
The livestream will kick off at 9:15 a.m. GMT with the INSIGHT keynote featuring special guests Jorge Cardoso, Chief Technical Officer at King’s College LONDON, Michael Wignall, Azure Business Group Lead at Microsoft, and Scott Hunter, Global Infrastructure Service Director at AstraZeneca. Next, the cameras will move to INSIGHT Central where we’ll hear from our keynote customers as well as NetApp executives including Alex Wallner, Anthony Lye, Matt Watts, and others.
I’m fortunate to be participating in one of the ecosystem segments where I’ll be representing Veeam Software along with my colleague and fellow A-Team member Adam Bergh. We get to talk about some of the cool things that Veeam and NetApp have been working on, including the long-awaited v10 release with NAS backup. We hope you’re as excited as we are to get this released.
Other members of the A-Team will also be on hand to cover topics like DevOps, Kubernetes, NetApp certifications, and why we advocate for NetApp, including Mark Carlton, Scott Gelb, and Matthew Underhill. Things will wrap up that afternoon with closing comments from Nick and A-Team member Jason Benedicic.
Inside INSIGHT Video Series
In addition to his INSIGHT+ duties, A-Team member Paul Stringfellow, aka popular podcaster @techstringy, will reprise his Vegas role as Inside INSIGHT roving reporter to capture a series of videos that will be shared on Twitter and other social media platforms. His co-hosts include another A-Team member, Ruairi McBride, and Jodie Hoare, Head of NetApp Marketing in the UK. They’ll be providing event highlights via interviews with presenters and attendees—yet another way to involve you in what’s happening in London next week.
