We have 120 distributor networks spread geographically in India, 6000 retail outlets and 4000 multi-brand outlets. Our carpenters who we call ‘Saathis’, are associated with us. Data for us is a point of decision making. It helps us in understanding the past, the present and also helps us in deciding for the future. The basic problem that we were facing with our old system was of inconsistency in performance.
