I derive my greatest satisfaction when my leadership and contributions make my team, my company, and my customers wildly successful – particularly in times of challenge and change. A leader once told me ‘Kim, others run from the fire, but you run to it.’ My career choices over two decades in technology illustrate my willingness to tackle tough problems and ambiguous roles; to learn quickly – and persist through failure – while aligning high performing teams to achieve results.
