NetApp wins 2022 AI Breakthrough Award

NetApp® AI has won a 2022 AI Breakthrough Award for Best Overall Computer Vision Solution. The AI Breakthrough Awards recognize the top companies, technologies, and products in the AI industry today, with a comprehensive list of award categories that honor AI industry leaders. There were over 2,950 nominations this year from all over the world, and NetApp was one of the select winners.

Computer vision is a field of AI that trains computers to capture and to interpret information from image and video data. By applying machine learning (ML) models to images, computers can classify objects and respond—like unlocking your smartphone when it recognizes your face.
