So, I've always been into technology. It's always caught my eye. WTW provides software to clients so that they can understand their liabilities and have the correct amount of assets and the amount of money to cover the claims that they write. Data is the foundation and pinnacle of our business. We generate large amounts of data. We've been partnered with NetApp for 20 plus years. Having a good strong relationship really does help with being able to deliver good end user product. Our data is purely in the cloud. We have recently just ended a multi-year migration of our on-prem data centers. We ensure the scalability and the performance and the ability of our storage platform and our cloud-based platform. By using NetApp specific tools that help us understand what we have from a data perspective, we store our data primarily in clouds on tap which is CVO as well as Azure NetUP file on tap. Simplified our adoption. We have a 5-minute replication system set up. So at any time if there's ever a disaster, we're 5 minutes behind and that's it. NetApp has a tool that we've started leveraging, storage workload security, that gives us visibility into how that data is being accessed by users. We're always looking for ways to optimize where it's stored, how it's stored, but ensuring and not sacrificing the delivery and the performance to our end users. NetApp has improved our overall IT operations and infrastructure exponentially. They're one of the few organizations in the world that will give you a ransomware protection plan that basically they guarantee.
