Announcement: General availability cache volumes

Azure NetApp Files now support cache volumes, which are cloud-based caches of an external origin volume, containing only the most actively accessed data on the volume. This brings data and files closer to the user for faster throughput with a smaller footprint. Azure NetApp Files cache volumes simplify file distribution, reduces WAN latency, and lowers WAN/ExpressRoute bandwidth costs. This feature is now generally available (GA).
