This exam verifies that

The NetApp Certified Technology Solutions Professional exam tests a candidate’s general knowledge of the NetApp product portfolio. Candidates should have 3-6 months of experience with basic functions of hybrid cloud technology.

You should have:

• A fundamental understanding of industry hybrid-cloud concepts
• A fundamental understanding of NetApp solutions and concepts
• Knowledge of the NetApp Data Fabric ecosystem
• Some basic knowledge of E-Series and StorageGRID

You should be able to do these tasks:

• Leverage technologies to build solutions
• Identify solution use cases
• Leverage documentation
• Identify hybrid cloud components
• Identify basic networking components (e.g., VLAN, VPN)
• Identify basic protocols (e.g., SAN, NAS, Object)
• Recognize solutions for security to protect data

You should be familiar with:

• Hybrid cloud management platforms, Fusion, IMT and HWU
• Hybrid cloud, on-premises, Edge
