Mercy Technology Services
For Mercy Technology Services (MTS), the IT services arm of one of the largest Catholic health systems in the U.S., staying on the cutting edge of healthcare means turning exponential data growth from a burden into an opportunity for innovation. MTS has nearly a decade of first-hand Epic Electronic Health Records (EHR) experience and supports nearly 65,000 healthcare technology users across seven states.

Working with NetApp and WWT, MTS created a game-changing solution, extending EHR and data analytics services to other hospitals in order to create systemic health care change, especially in rural areas with the greatest need. As a result, MTS will continue to strengthen its reputation and proven track record for navigating data, supporting providers, delivering next generation capabilities and realizing the value from their IT investments.

Through the use of NetApp’s technologies, MTS has built an infrastructure that is agile and automated such that they can easily integrate new customers with world-class Epic services and support. Clinicians and leaders have ongoing access to Data Dashboards which helps eliminate waste and reduce costs while enhancing the quality of care for patients. With NetApp All Flash FAS, MTS can continue the pioneering work of its founders and set new standards for patient care. Flash technologies now fuel rich analytics for by-the-minute treatment decisions and preventive care.
