The program aspires to build a community for all of the university graduate hires through networking, philanthropy, and professional development events.
As a company committed to developing our future workforce, we created a program that enables our university graduate hires around the globe to fast track their careers through classroom and on-the-job training with clear benchmarks. This Sales, Support, and Services (S3) Academy gives graduates foundational skills and ongoing preparation to enhance their professional success. The S3 Academy includes a robust 90-day training program designed for entry-level talent that takes place before participants move to their permanent sites for full-time roles in the field.
