Abstract
The demand to consume IT resources "as a service" continues to grow. This trend is changing how storage infrastructure is deployed, maintained, and consumed. At the same time the consumers of our storage infrastructure are also changing. To serve these new needs, storage infrastructure management must be driven through automation. Thus, traditional enterprise IT organizations face a challenge to adapt and foster new practices and skillsets needed to deliver these "infrastructure as code" solutions.
This session will cover how NetApp IT has been evolving its storage infrastructure practices to meet these demands.
