NDMP ApplicationsHP Solutions support all NDMP capable backup and restore applications that are certified with HP Tape Automation hardware. Please visit www.hp.com/go/ebs for a complete listing of supported backup and restore applications.

Refer to the backup and restore application vendor's website for specific NDMP configuration and hardware compatibility details.
General NotesDue to interoperability issues between Data ONTAP and the HP Interface controllers used in the ESL E-Series and EML E-Series libraries (dual Fibre Channel port models), only devices presented behind FC port 0 will be accessible to the hosts. Please note that this issue does not affect configurations with Ultrium 1840 drives.
