NetApp’s Matching Gifts program supports employees’ charitable donations by matching donations 1 for 1, up to $500 per calendar year. In 2019, employees donated over $505,000 to over 1,100 charitable organizations, and the company matched an additional $350,000. In response to COVID-19 relief in 2020, NetApp supported employees’ generosity by offering a 2 for 1 match to organizations affected by the global pandemic, which raised over $693,000.
