All delegates attending ASAP & NASPW courses are required to have a NOW account.  The instructions for creating a NOW account are as follows: 1. Open Internet Explorer to visit the NOW site: http://now.netapp.com 2. On the right hand side of the page, follow the link 'New User Sign Up' https://now.netapp.com/eservice/public/now.do 3. Enter your personal company email address. Please do not use a personal email account such as yahoo, gmail or hotmail as requests for access from these types of accounts will be denied. 4. Access Level Page: Select Level 4 - Channel Partner 5. Enter your individual contact information 6. Subscribe to receive the NetApp communications that are of interest to you 7. Enter your preferred username (9-20 characters), Password (6-20 characters), Re-Enter Password, Select your Password hint - in the event of forgetting your username and password, the NOW account system will send you your username and password hint to remind you 8.
