Partner Access Request Form

Partner access to NetApp portals, applications, tools and operation systems is based on an access management policy. NetApp manages to this policy closely to ensure partners are treated fairly.

If there is a business need to change a partners access, an exception form and approval process must be completed. The NetApp contact responsible for the partner must initiate this process by completing this Partner Access Request Form. Submissions are reviewed through the exception access committee and access may be restricted to a specific period of time.

Step 1: Complete and submit this Partner Access Request Form.
Step 2: You will be notified within 7 business days of the approval or denial of your request by the exception access review team.
Step 3a: If approved, the Partner Database will be updated and your partner will be granted access. You will be notified once the internal set up has been completed so you can communicate the approval to your partner.
Step 3b: If denied, you will be notified of the reason for denial. You will need to communicate the decision to your partner.

Geo Channel VP Approval (applies to TechNet only)

As the requestor, you are required to receive approval from your Geo Channel VP. Upon submission, an email will be sent to you with the details of your request. The TechNet access review team, will send an email to your Geo Channel VP confirming their approval of this request. The Geo Channel VP will be instructed to reply to this message documenting the approval.
