Nomination forms for the awards program

The NetApp Innovation Awards honor companies and individuals whose processes exemplify best practices in innovation, reducing complexity, reducing total cost of ownership, and demonstrating an overall positive business or community impact. The goal of the awards is to showcase how leading organizations are using NetApp® technology to achieve business impact.

Companies may be nominated in more than one category. However, a separate nomination form must be submitted for each category.
