Rob Salmon is the executive vice president of Worldwide Field Operations at NetApp. He is responsible for overseeing sales and services, and aligning these organizations for stronger integration, impact, and execution. Salmon has been a key contributor to the company since its early days and was instrumental in developing the go-to-market strategy to support the company's growth.
Prior to joining NetApp in 1994, Salmon held various sales positions at Sun Microsystems and Data General Corporation.
Salmon holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from California State University, Chico.
