Network Appliance, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTAP), will
deliver a keynote address, titled "Driving Huge Change (or Not),"
at the Service and Support Professionals Association (SSPA) 2007
Best Practices Conference. Rusty Walther, senior vice president of
Global Support at NetApp, will demonstrate how the support center
consolidation project at the company serves as a case study for
services professionals. He will describe the critical success
factors, strategic influencers, and tactical road map involved when
planning to inject "huge change" into a services organization.
In addition, NetApp will be honored at the
conference as a finalist in the "Best Support Staff Practices"
category for the SSPA STAR Awards. NetApp is nominated for
innovative practices at the NetApp Research Triangle Park customer
support center, associated with aiding career paths, retention,
collaboration, and embedded escalation support.
