Network Appliance CEO Discusses Policy Challenges at 2003 BusinessWeek CEO Leadership Forum


Dan Warmenhoven, CEO of Network Appliance, will participate in a panel discussion on worldwide policy challenges at the 2003 BusinessWeek CEO Leadership Forum at the U.C. Berkeley Haas School of Business on October 16, 2003.

The panel topic, "The Policy Challenges: Intellectual Property, Anti-Trust, Regulation," will bring together leading business executives and public policy experts to discuss how companies must work more collaboratively today to gain efficiencies, create new markets, and develop new products. Panelists also will discuss the role U.S. business and government leaders should take on intellectual property initiatives, anti-trust law, and government regulations to jump-start tomorrow's growth on a national and global scale.

The Honorable Tom Campbell, dean of the Haas Business School and former U.S. congressman, will moderate the panel discussion.
