Sunnyvale, Calif. - February 3, 2011 - After the close of market on Wednesday, February 16, 2011, NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) will announce financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2011, which ended January 28, 2011.

NetApp executive management will host a conference call with the financial analyst community at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time to provide their perspective on market dynamics and the company's performance. The call will be broadcast live via the Internet.

NetApp uses a hybrid format for disclosing key financial information associated with our quarterly results. Concurrent with the press release, NetApp posts a separate document with financial commentary and statistics. This supplemental commentary is available prior to the conference call in order to provide the investment community with additional time to analyze our results.
