The FAS2000 provides midsize customers with proven storage solutions that not only provide great value but a feature set that addresses the key requirements for Microsoft® Windows® consolidation and virtualization workloads. For this award, the FAS2000 was also specifically cited for its reliability, durability, and ease of upgrade.

The "Best Channel Products 2009" awards were determined by value-added reseller (VAR) subscribers to Business Solutions magazine. During May and June, over 2,100 VARs submitted nearly 20,000 nominations for products, scoring them for richness of features/functionality, product reliability/durability, ease of integration, ease of upgrade, and VAR's ability to service. Based on the scores, the editors of the publication announced the top products in each of the 14 categories in their September issue.
