Network Appliance Joins OSDL

Beaverton, Ore. and Sunnyvale, Calif. - December 10, 2003 -- The Open Source Development Labs (OSDL), a global consortium of leading technology companies dedicated to accelerating the adoption of Linux, today announced that Network Appliance, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTAP), a leading provider of enterprise network storage solutions, has joined OSDL and will bolster the Lab's storage initiatives by participating in the OSDL Data Center Linux (DCL) Working Group.
