Network Appliance Named "Innovator of the Year 2002"
December 5, 2002 -- Network Appliance,
a leading provider of enterprise storage solutions, has been
recognized with the award "Innovator of the Year 2002". The
German-speaking publication CAD/CAM honored the NetApp F87 as
2002's most innovative storage solution.
With a circulation of 19,500, CAD/CAM has been one of the leading
magazines for CAx-technologies since its foundation in 1981. The
title "Innovator of the Year 2002" was introduced this year and
awarded in twelve categories: CAD systems, CRT monitors, digital
mock up, FTP displays, input peripheral devices, plotters/printers,
product data management, storage, video cards, viewers, virtual
reality, and workstations. A jury including five journalists from
different CAD/CAM publications selected the winners.
