This is the fourth win in a row for NetApp at the Quality Awards for Enterprise Awards. The Great Places to Work institute and FORTUNE magazine announced their 2012 rankings for the “100 Best Companies to Work for list” naming NetApp #6. The ranking places NetApp among the top 10 for the 4th consecutive year. The rankings are scored by extensive employee survey of questions related to their attitudes about management's credibility, job satisfaction, and camaraderie. Based on responses to the institute's Culture Audit, which includes detailed questions about pay and benefit programs and a series of open-ended questions about hiring practices, methods of internal communication, training, recognition programs, and diversity efforts the list is compiled.
