NetApp's University Graduate Hire Program is designed to enhance the experiences for our university graduate hires as they transition from the campus to a corporate environment. The program aspires to build a community for all of the university graduate hires through networking, philanthropy, and professional development events.
As a company committed to developing our future workforce, we created a program that enables our university graduate hires around the globe to fast track their careers through classroom and on-the-job training with clear benchmarks. This Sales, Support, and Services (S3) Academy gives graduates foundational skills and ongoing preparation to enhance their professional success. The S3 Academy includes a robust 90-day training program designed for entry-level talent that takes place before participants move to their permanent sites for full-time roles in the field.
NetApp provides a rich, real-world career experience for its interns across the globe. We see these opportunities as a true win-win experience for both the student, who is able to experience the corporate environment and contribute meaningful work, and the organization, which benefits from fresh perspectives and thinking. The internship program also develops a robust new college graduate pipeline for the entire organization.
Our interns are able to showcase their contributions to the company and the results of the work they have done over the summer. All of our employees, including our executive leadership, are excited to attend each year so they can learn more about the impact that each of our interns has made within the organization.
NetApp is dedicated to attracting and engaging driven employees by fostering positive relationships in the communities where we live and work.
Our employees are our greatest asset. We invest in robust training and development opportunities to help provide opportunities for growth both professional and personally.
Diversity of interaction through cross-functional engagements with our senior leadership is an important part of our culture. Senior leaders provide an overview of their responsibilities and how their position affects the company.
To make sure of work-life balance, we have paid and volunteer time off, assistance for education, legal services, and access to discounts and fitness centers.
