Acceptance of the following terms and conditions is a condition to participation in the NetApp EMEA Partner Award Program 2014 (the “Awards” or the “Award Program”). These terms and conditions are between NetApp BV Netherlands (“NetApp” or “We”) and each party submitting a nomination (“You”).

  1. Nominations must be submitted via the NetApp EMEA Partner Awards Web site at www.netapp.com/emea-partnerawards. All nominations MUST be successfully received by NetApp by midnight CET on 15 May 2014 (the “Closing Date”) or they will not be accepted into the Awards. By submitting a nomination, you agree, represent and warrant that all nominated individuals have consented to (a) participate in the Awards and (b) having their personal data being processed in conjunction with the Awards.
  2. Without exception, any nominations received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Awards.
  3. Note that nominations submitted to NetApp BV cannot be returned, so keep a copy of all nominations that you submit via the Partner Awards Submission Tool: www.netapp.com/emea-partnerawards.
  4. The Awards Program is open to entries ONLY from those NetApp partners who are registered as a NetApp Partner Program member at the time of the Closing Date, have a valid partner agreement with NetApp and are compliant with that agreement (“Eligible Partner”).
  5. Eligible Partners are not limited to one entry/nomination per company.
  6. Shortlisted companies for the NetApp EMEA Partner Awards will be notified by June 2nd. The shortlisted companies must be prepared to have senior executive attending the 2014 Partner Pathways and Summit, 10-12 June, in Budapest, at their own expense.

The Nomination Process

  1. After you have submitted an entry form, we will confirm receipt of your entry.
  2. The judges will then evaluate the entries. They may contact you/the person or team you have nominated to ask further questions, the reasons for your entry, and/or to seek further clarification on a particular point.
  3. The winners from each category will then be announced at an awards ceremony at the 2014 Partner Pathways and Summit, 10-12 June, in Budapest.
  4. The judges’ decision is final and absolute – there is no right of appeal. The decisions will be made objectively and with regard to the merits of each nomination, but under no circumstances will the judges be required to explain the reasons behind their decision(s).
  5. This NetApp EMEA Partner Award Program 2014 does not create any rights or entitlements to persons/partners whose submission has not been confirmed by NetApp and/or who cannot be qualified as an Eligible Partner.
  6. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.

Tour de France Prize

  1. The winners from each category will then be announced at an awards ceremony at the 2014 Partner Pathways and Summit, 10-12 June, in Budapest.
  2. NetApp accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the event and accommodation).
  3. Tickets can not be resold, and can only be used be an employee of the winning company. Hotel rooms have been blocked for the winners use, but accommodation and travel costs are responsibility on the winner.
