Alliance Partnership Requirements
Membership Level Global Strategic Advantage

Technical Support
Membership Level Global Strategic Advantage
Joint support contract: Each side agrees to put in place a defined support infrastructure and to provide adequate training of personnel who will be involved. The parties further agree to maintain product testing and lab facilities for technical escalations.
The communication process and contacts must be defined and available as needed. The two technical support groups agree to work on escalations together and communicate regularly on the outcome.
