Volunteer Time Off
Our unique Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program enables each employee to volunteer up to five consecutive days per year, with full pay, during regular business hours to support the non-profit organizations or schools of their choice. In 2010, employees in the U.S., EMEA, India and Canada were eligible to participate. Through VTO on the GO! at our corporate headquarters site in Sunnyvale, CA, more than 150 employees form teams and volunteer together a full day at multiple non-profit locations four times each year—a gift of 4,800 hours.
