We believe NetApp is uniquely and extremely fortunate to have a community of customers who share their enthusiasm for our company and technology. In all, we received over 130 submissions for our award categories from executive and IT champions from such wide-ranging industries as healthcare, financial services, entertainment, energy, and education, each highlighting new and/or beneficial ways to utilize NetApp technology. Our prestigious panel of judges from the business community and the world's top business and technology media were challenged to determine the finalists and winners.

Britt Houser
Software/QA Engineer

Britt Houser works as a Software/QA Engineer in the Datacenter, Switching and Security Customer Operations Group doing system testing and lab administration. Britt graduated from North Carolina State University in 2002 with a BS in Computer Science and Computer Engineering. Britt co-oped with Cisco Systems while at NCSU, and has been working there since graduation.

Mark Voelker

Mark Voelker is a Team Lead/Software Engineer with Cisco Systems' Datacenter, Switching and Security Customer Operations Group, where he heads a tool development group and manages lab infrastructure in support of Safe Harbor testing.

Mark received a BS in Computer Science from North Carolina State University in 2002 after completing co-op work as a software engineer at Ericsson and IBM and completing the Park Scholarships program. He has spent his entire professional career with Cisco Systems.

FES manufactures Industrial Refrigeration Equipment and services for the food, beverage, chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical markets. Our products include screw compressor packages, plate and frame heat exchangers, microprocessor controls and computer supervisory systems. We also provide heat exchangers, centrifugal compressor packages, engineered systems, and post sales services and support.

FES Systems is a company of the GEA Group, headquartered in Bochum, Germany. GEA stands for Global Engineering Alliance. The company now focuses on specialty mechanical engineering - especially process engineering and equipment - and plant engineering. FES is part of the Process Engineering segment and is included in the Refrigeration Division of GEA.
