The New NetApp Unified Partner Program Simplifies Doing Business with NetApp

To drive agility and profitability for its partners, NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) now has taken its proven NetApp Partner Program to the next level. It is shaped to support partners to evolve capabilities without limits, to make doing business with NetApp as easy as never before, and to help expand the reach of a partner’s business.

NetApp enables partners to go-to-market in the way that they want to and choose the best blend of products and services that address the changing business needs that their customers have. By doing this, NetApp continues its proven legacy of innovation over the years and its reputation for delivering a consistent, predictable and profitable partner program. Partners are the business for NetApp. This is not a new program, but the evolution of the same program that NetApp has been recognized globally for years.

The new NetApp Partner Program in Indonesia is an initiative to enable NetApp’s partners to add or adapt capabilities without being confined to different programs and their requirements. To help partners capitalize on new opportunities and better serve customers’ needs, NetApp fundamentally streamlined processes and introduces one program that supports how partners want to evolve their business and one contract for resellers, regional service providers, regional systems integrators and vertical solution integrators with access to the same incentives and support for current and future capabilities.

This new program model, the first of its kind in the industry, brings today’s Resellers, Service Providers, Systems Integrators together under the same program – with a single contract and a single Program Guide, without barriers or boundaries of a partner program. Partners can choose to remain in their current contracts or switch any time to benefit from NetApp’s support to acquire new capabilities, including cloud, services and support, specializations for FlexPod, SAP and VDI, and clustered Data ONTAP.

To ensure the success of partners, NetApp has a three-prong partner strategy in the market -- extend advanced data management and solution based technologies with the partners; ease the partnering experience with NetApp and partners; and investment in enablement to enhance their skillsets.

On Sept. 13, NetApp Indonesia showed its recognition and appreciation to partners who focused on advancing NetApp business in FY13. NetApp presented awards to partners based on five categories, Partner of the Year, Distributor of the Year, Sales of the Year, Service Partner of the Year, Product Manager of the Year. The awards were given based on the sales and service performance showcased by the partners in one year, highlighting NetApp’s products and solutions.

Through a tight assessment process, NetApp Indonesia presented the following awards to:

  • Partner of the Year – PT Mitra Integrasi Informatika
  • Distributor of the Year – PT Synnex Metrodata Indonesia
  • Sales of the Year – Djaja Wiguna from PT Karlin Mastrindo
  • Service Partner of the Year – PT Primus Indojaya
  • Product Manager of the Year – Deiby Diana Pangemanan from PT Mastersystem Infotama
