Netapp Strengths Malaysia Business with New Country Manager
KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia-February 22,
2011 - NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) officially announced today
the appointment of Andy Khoo as Country Manager for Malaysia and
Brunei. Andy will be responsible for facilitating the development,
implementation and operation of the company's long-term sales
strategies, goals and objectives across Malaysia and Brunei.
Effective immediately, Andy will lead the
company's strategic planning, business development, marketing and
operations activities in both countries, reporting directly to
Scott Morris, Regional Director of NetApp ASEAN.

Through a career that spans over 26 years,
Andy has played an integral role in hardware and software
development and product management across the manufacturing,
banking and oil and gas sectors across Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining NetApp, Andy was Product
Manager with EMC where he oversaw the product management of EMC's
Backup, Recovery and Archiving technologies. Before that, Andy was
APAC Regional Director for Product Development at Microsoft
Corporation.
Andy went on hiatus in 2003 to dedicate time
to his family. However, he kept in touch with the industry with
directorial and advisory positions with local startups as well as
contractual assignments amongst them, Group CIO with Proton
Holdings.
